Please complete a Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet before orientation. Once you have completed the sign-up sheet, you may attend any orientation that is convenient for you. Please park on Beech St. or Home Ave. for in-person volunteer orientations and enter the building from our upstairs entrance. The orientation will take place in the conference room on your right.

Mama’s Kitchen requires volunteers to attend a mandatory volunteer orientation before starting. We ask that a parent accompany volunteers who have not yet reached their 16th birthday. We have both in-person and online orientation options.

Orientations begin promptly as scheduled and last approximately 30 minutes. In-person orientations include a tour of our facility and printed information volunteers can bring home. Above is a list of orientation dates and times. Just pick the one most convenient for you.

The courts approve us for court-ordered community service for offenses not involving theft or violence. Please bring a court document identifying your offense in words (not numbers) to the orientation or email it to volunteer@mamaskitchen.org.
